ARE TBZ WATCHES TRULY ORIGINAL?
Absolutely. Every Tobazi watch is conceived, designed and produced exclusively under our own brand, from the dial to the case. We do not resell or distribute any third party brand. What you receive is a timepiece built from our own vision, for those who refuse to wear what everyone else is wearing.
IS MY PAYMENT 100% SAFE?
Yes, completely. Our checkout runs with full PCI DSS compliance, the highest security standard in the industry. Your card details are never stored on our servers and every transaction is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same technology used by major banks. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivery takes 7 to 10 days after payment confirmation. Due to the high demand for our designs, some orders may occasionally take a little longer, but we always work to get your watch to you as fast as possible and within the stated timeframe. The moment your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We stand behind every watch we make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging included. Simply reach out to us at support@tbzwatches.com and our team will take care of everything. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return.
DO THE WATCHES COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Every TBZ watch is backed by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. If something is not right, we fix it or replace it. For any warranty claim or question, contact us at support@thetobazi.com. We're here and we respond.
