Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During periods of high demand, processing may occasionally take slightly longer, but we always work to dispatch your order as fast as possible.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7 to 10 days after payment confirmation, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local carrier conditions.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, usually within 48 hours of dispatch. You can use it to follow your watch every step of the way, from our facility to your door.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@thetobazi.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
