Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all original packaging and documentation included.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at support@thetobazi.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and send you clear instructions on how to send the item back. Please do not send any item back before contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@thetobazi.com within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty
Every Tobazi watch is backed by a 24-month warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. If something isn't right, we'll repair or replace it. For any warranty claim, reach out to us at support@thetobazi.com.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging, or requests made after the 30-day window has passed.
